Given we are just two best friends making bracelets typically at a dining room table on a saturday afternoon, we want your purchase to be perfect! That being said if there are any issues please reach out, we are here to help and just want you to be happy!

Again, just two girls who want to bring people joy with little beads and charms. If you get someone the wrong gift, we understand, send us a message and we will see what we can do.

To be honest Kerstin is usually shipping orders out the day of or the day directly following when an order is placed. Shipping is usually via USPS and tends to take a little less than a week, but we will get the tracking to you immediately!

99% of these bracelets / keychains are made at Kerstin's dining room table. Maybe you got something extra cool that was made while tailgating a concert or that one time we moved the desk in our hotel room between our beds so we could have craft time on our girls trip.

Shipping is based on the weight of your items and the location to which we are shipping. We try to keep shipping prices as low as possible for you! You'll always know shipping pricing before checkout, and orders over $50 ship free!

DON'T PANIC! We try to keep even the out of stock items up so you can see what were are capable of creating. If something you really want is out of stock, send us a message! More than likely we will be able to recreate it for you (at no additional cost). Do note that sometimes certain charms and beads are limited in supply and may not be available. This is because we try to get some of our supplies second hand / repurposed to save things from the landfill!
